To all 2006 TromaDance Festival Contestants:

The Tromadance 2006 Staff would like to send a thank you to everyone who participated in submitting films for this year’s Festival. We have received some questions from those of you who have not heard back from us concerned about whether your film arrived and if it is in the competition.

As is stated in our FAQ page on the TromaDance website, we can only communicate back to the filmmakers who were chosen for the festival’s line up. This is because we have received HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of film entries making it impossible for us to respond to each and every one. To keep the TromaDance festival totally free, we have to rely on a small number of non-paid volunteers whose work load is overflowing and simply cannot respond to all contestants. In short, to stay free for you, we have to keep our activities on a “Need-To-Do” basis. For further inquiries, please refer, again, to our FAQ page.
